Rigour and Humanity, together
I came out in a country where being queer was still criminalised. That experience of navigating invisibility, building chosen community, and learning to speak up in spaces that were not designed for me shaped everything I do today.

I am a facilitator, trainer, and educator based in India, working at the intersection of LGBTQ+ rights, gender justice, and organisational development. I have designed and led full-day experiential workshops for civil society organisations and community-based groups, delivered keynotes and training programmes for corporate teams, contributed to international research on queer lives, served as an advisor for organisations working in gender and rights, and taught at law schools and academic institutions.

I also make things. I create social media content and video essays on gender, sexuality, and queerness in culture and history. I have appeared in documentary films. I write for anyone who wants to understand these issues better, whether they are a parent trying to talk to their child, an HR professional navigating a question they have never faced before, or someone finding words for their own experience.

What connects all of it is a belief that inclusion is not a checkbox. It is a culture, a skill, and a daily practice built through honest conversation, careful facilitation, and the willingness to sit with discomfort long enough for something to shift.

If you are an organisation looking for a skilled facilitator or trainer, a company wanting a speaker who can hold a room and move it, or anyone who wants to work with someone who brings both rigour and humanity to this work, I would love to hear from you.

Finding My Voice:
My Coming Out Story
Coming out is a deeply personal journey—one that looks different for everyone. If you’re struggling with questions about your identity, feeling unseen, or unsure of the next step, know that you are not alone.

🌈 This is my story. I hope it inspires, reassures, or simply reminds you that your journey is valid—no matter where you are on it.

Watch, reflect, and remember: You define your own path.
