I believe in the power of conversations to break barriers, challenge stereotypes, and build a more inclusive world. For over a decade, I have been at the forefront of LGBTQIA+ rights, diversity, and inclusion, using my voice to create awareness, foster dialogue, and drive meaningful change. My work spans across corporate spaces, educational institutions, media, and advocacy platforms, where I engage with diverse audiences to make inclusion a lived reality.

As a speaker, I have delivered TEDx talks, conducted diversity and inclusion training for global organizations, and participated in panel discussions that address pressing social issues. My expertise lies in translating complex issues into accessible and engaging conversations that inspire action. I have led workshops on gender and sexuality, consulted on diversity policies, and collaborated with brands and organizations to ensure representation and equity in workplaces and beyond.

My journey began in grassroots activism, where I worked closely with LGBTQIA+ communities, providing crisis support, advocating for policy change, and creating safe spaces for marginalized voices. Over the years, I have taken this experience to a global stage, working with policymakers, businesses, and thought leaders to build strategies that foster inclusivity. Through my work, I strive to create spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued.

I have been featured in leading media publications, including Cosmopolitan, The Better India, and Firstpost, and my work has been recognized through awards such as the Diversity Leadership Award by the World HRD Conference and the Queero Award by Six Degrees. My experience extends to corporate collaborations with companies such as Microsoft, KPMG, Tata, Goldman Sachs, and Accenture, where I have led training sessions and discussions on building inclusive workplaces.
 

Beyond public speaking and workshops, I am also a filmmaker and storyteller, using visual narratives to highlight the lived experiences of marginalized communities. My films and media projects aim to bring authentic, intersectional representation to the forefront, ensuring that stories of resilience, identity, and belonging reach wider audiences.
